[cups.general] creating pcl page for printing

Hi,

I want to create pcl code and print it.  But what are the "rules" I have to 
follow?  Something in the line of :
- reset printer
- set CR/LF conversion
- select print tray
- pcl code .... pcl code
- reset printer

Some online documention should be handy.
