[cups.development] [RFE] STR #2212: The "Export Printers to Samba" feature should be part of the "Add Printer" wizard

In a typical cups/samba driven Windows print spooler setup *every* new
printer is also exported to samba. So it would be very convenient if the
"Export Printers to Samba" feature would be the last and of course
skippable step of the "Add printer" wizard. At the moment it's a little
bit ... annoying that after addition of a new printer you have to go to
the administration page again, select "Export Printers to Samba" and
select the newly added printer - from a list of maybe 100 printers -
again. (This feature depends on fixing STR 2211..)
