[cups.general] Can't print to dot matrix printer

I have my printers configured as "Generic" text-only printers, as
a text printer should be.  The problem was that the banner page
(job sheet) was enabled for this printer.  Once disabled, it
prints fine.  Which leads to my other question posted above.
