CUPS Not Starting

Hello

I have a site running RedHat 9.0

Up until today they have been simply running LPR, but we took the optionn from within the desktop to switch to CUPS Printing System

However, CUPS does not appear to want to start. I have enclosed error log here.

# service cups restart

Stopping cups:                                     [FAILED]
Starting cups:                                     [  OK  ]

cat error_log
