Web URLs for 1.2.x documentation?

I'm missing the 1.2 version of the CUPS documentation on the website; I
can't find a link on

    http://www.cups.org/documentation.php

which is for the upcoming 1.3.0 releases (there are links to the 1.1.x
versions of some documents though).

Specifically, I am looking for the 1.2 version of the "What's New?" do-
cument. Yes, I know it is available via my own localhost:631/help/ page
-- but I'm not always sitting in front of a Linux box...
