My sure bet is that your cupsd.conf has a line saying "LogLevel debug2".

That LogLevel is only good on two occasions for you:

  (a) you *need* it because you know what to do with it.
  (b) you want to fill your harddisk space, fairly fast.

Go back to "LogLevel debug" and restart cupsd (or send a "kill -HUP"
to the process ID).

I can't fetch that attachment. But if it contains lots of lines all
starting with a lowercase "d", that's LogLevel debug2 output....
LogLevel debug lines start with uppercase "D".
