Printing on endless paper

Hi!
I know this topics comes up once in a while but I did not found a solution in the archives.

I have a custom thermal printer with endless paper which accepts PCL5 input. My input format is postscript.

Does anybody have a working setup with endless paper? What do I have to do to get it to work? Is there a PPD entry for endless paper?

Any hint is appreciated.
