[cups.general] Printing simultaneously to more than one printer

This is not possible with the built-in utilities CUPS ships. But this
is not too difficult. You have 2 options:

  * write your own backend script from scratch
  * make use of 'Tea4CUPS' (http://www.cups.org/articles.php?L253)
