Dymo Labelwriter printing PDF label

Greetings,

im trying to print a pdf to a Dymo Labelwriter 400.

im using 36x89mm labels and have configured the printer to this type of labels.

when i try to print with lpr i get only 2 clean labels.
with -o landscape its only one clean label, but nothing gets printed.

when i print the pdf with adobe acrobat under windows it fits perfectly.
can perhaps anyone give me a hint here?
