No, actually we want to set the default on that system, which will then get
picked up by the local system as the new "network default printer", as
advertised by the server.

The client's default printer CANNOT be set from the web interface, by
design, because the default printer is a user-specific setting (with a
system/network-wide default used if the user hasn't set a default yet...)
