Cups 1.2.12 and update_prebinding errors

After installing Cups 1.2.1[12].dmg on MacOSX 10.4.10 update_prebinding does not work anymore.

update_prebinding -root / -force
update_prebinding: error: dependent dylib is not prebound
update_prebinding: error 256 running update_prebinding_core
update_prebinding: error: dependent dylib is not prebound
update_prebinding: error 256 running update_prebinding_core

There seems to be a problem with libcups.2.dylib and libcupsimage.2.dylib, any ideas?
