Difficulties in Cups

Does your Ubuntu server at all _ALLOW_ external clients to access and use its CUPS service?

What is the current configuration of cupsd.conf on Ubuntu? (Please post the file sans the comments and empty lines; i.e. post the output of

   egrep -v '(^#|^$)' /etc/cups/cupsd.conf
