[cups.general] Custom media sizes not printing

Please update your foomatic-rip to the newest version, simply by 
replacing your /usr/bin/foomatic-rip (or 
/usr/lib/cups/filter/foomatic-rip) by the following file:

http://www.openprinting.org/foomatic-rip

I have done fixes on the custom paper size recently.
