I used cups-1.3svn-r6543.

I was not able to build, I changed it.
    scheduler/ipp.c (line: 1066)

I was not able to copy PPD-File, I change it.
    scheduler/cups-driverd.c (line: 302)

Refer to an attached file. (usako.patch)

I executed it.
It was "permission denied" error.
I changed permission.

# chmod 755 /usr/local/cups-1.3svn-r6543/var/spool
