[cups.development] [RFE] STR #2416: HP5L uses gimp-print, [not hpijs]

I've used this HP5L LazerJet printer for about 4 years now and have set it
up on at least 3 computers [and probably 3 versions of cups as well];  The
[suggested] hpijs driver has never worked properly, but gimp-print seems
to work fine.
