[cups.general] Can Cups 'squish' the image?

When  I print from firefox, it puts the location of the web site at
the top of the page.  Unfortunately, this is mostly within the 1/8inch
border where the printer cant print.

Is there any way to get cups to 'squish' the image so that it fits in
the printable area of the page.  And YES, this is a Postscript
printer.
