[cups.general] Can Cups 'squish' the image?

There is the "fitplot" option which will scale each page down, however
you may find it easier to just change the margins in the Page Setup
dialog that Firefox provides (or file a bug report with the Mozilla
folks to use the margins from the PPD file...)
