Location Security via /jobs/id?

I noticed in the online docs for CUPS that "Location" has an option for /jobs/id.  Is there a way I can use this option in cupsd.conf so I can prevent specific subnets/IP's from seeing ALL jobs on the print server via the web interface "Jobs" option?  How would I use this option in cupsd.conf?
