[cups.general] Pages unknown for foomatic ppd's

Use the manufacturer's PPD file:

http://openprinting.org/foomatic-db/db/source/PPD/HP/mono_laser/HP_LaserJet_4000_Series.ppd

For non-PostScript printers check whether page accounting with Foomatic
is perhaps disabled in the file /etc/foomatic/filters.conf and enable
it. Debian and Ubuntu for example disable it by default.
