[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2269: the french localisation of the web ui are messed up with double entries every where

when i go to any of the tab of http://localhost:631 i got double field to
search and two default printers and two embended page one inside the
others. 

let's go and see the screenshot because my english is not good enough to
describe all this. 

happens with opera, konqueror, firefox
