[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2258: Post installation, permissions are incorrect

Are you sure it's using the original 1.1.x manifest?  Because I have  
only one CUPS receipt file, and it says quite clearly:

<key>CFBundleGetInfoString</key>
	<string>Common UNIX Printing System, 1.2.8</string>

Where is it going to get the 1.1.1 manifest from???
