Specifically we have a queue managed by some standard
lpr software and cups forwards the jobs to that lpd
server but cups clients can not override the +banner=yes
that the deviceURI has, i.e., I want users to be able to
override the printing of banner by putting in -h option.
By default banners should be printed (hence the +banner=yes in the
deviceURI) if no -h option is given.
NOTE. the banner page is not the one cups generates but rather the
our lpd server generates.
It would be kind of neat to have a flag the force banner printing if
the default behaviour is to not print a banner but that's
a different problem albeit similar.
So the problems seems to be that cups backend doesn't communicate
the override. I don't want to create instances....
