[LOW] STR #2309: LogLevels "info" and "warn" do notwork as expected

Ah -- thanks for the explanation.

I found it pretty confusing before. Basically, it means that filters and backends don't need to care at all for tagging their output with "INFO:" tags (just "EMERG:", ..., "NOTICE:"). All (un-tagged) output to stderr is appearing in the debug2 LogLevel anyway....
