[cups.general] lexmark 1000 - no output on ubuntu

Good luck, man.  My Lexmark Z705 still has problems
with ignoring margins and always starts printing 1cm
below the top of the page no matter what.  No one here
has been able to help.

Have you installed all the driver software?
