Need help with device URI

Are you sure that 'ipp://172.16.1.33:631/ipp' this is the uri to the 
correct printer? It should be more along the lines of: 
'ipp://172.16.1.33:631/printers/printernameonserverA'. This is assuming 
you have set up correctly a printer on serverA with the name 
'printernameonserverA'

This line in the logs from serverB shows you what the error is

> D [09/May/2007:10:09:15 -0500] Get-Printer-Attributes client-error-not-found: The printer or class was not found.

And this line from serverA tells you the same thing. How have you 
defined the printer on serverA?
