[cups.general] 413 Request Entity Too Large

Hi,

After upgrading to cups 1.2.11 (cupsys Debian unstable package), I'm
unable to perform admin tasks in the web browser interface.  The message I
get is:

413 Request Entity Too Large

Checking /var/log/messages, /var/log/cups/error_log and
/var/log/cups/access_log doesn't show clues to why this error occurs.  Any
suggestions would be welcome.  Thanks.
