[cups.general] foomatic

foomatic-rip should already be installed in Feisty. It is a part of the 
foomatic-filters package.

There should be an executable file named /usr/bin/foomatic-rip and a 
symbolic link /usr/lib/cups/filter/foomatic-rip pointing to it. Also 
Perl (/usr/bin/perl) needs to be installed.
