[cups.general] configuration changes 1.2.4 - 1.2.11

Hello,
    I've successfully, with a lot of help, installed cups v1.2.11 via source 
code .spec file compilation on Centos5. Note to developers, the pam-devel 
package needs to be installed if your compiling as nonroot.
    Anyway, i was looking over my 1.2.4 cupsd.conf and my 1.2.11 file, and 
the newer one is only 77 lines, the other was 778, yah i know a lot of that 
is comments but that's a lot of difference. Is there a page that discusses 
configuration changes between the two versions separate from the release 
notes? Also, does anyone have any howtos on installing a 1.2.11 cups server 
with the new config, in particular policies and encryption?
