You can't.

(And the W2K printer can only do it locally, for local users).

What you *could* do (with quite a bit of hacking, and the help of Samba), is to define a separate "PDF" sub directory in the homedir of each domain user (privately owned by the user) and write all PDFs there. (This requires the CUPS backend to run as root, BTW.)
