[cups.general] permanently conflicting options

Hi all,
   
  I have a Xerox Workcentre Pro55 printer that I add to my AMD64 Debian 
testing pc (CUPS 1.2.7).
I downloaded the ppd from the xerox website. However in the printer 
settings I constantly have some conflict options either between 
transparency separators and colors or tranparency separators and media 
type. I absolutely cant get rid of them.

Any clue? I am completely new to cups, as you can imagine...
