[cups.general] need help w/hp j5780 and 3x5 cards

Well,  I have a "solution" to printing 3x5 cards, but it's an ugly one.  
Instead of
using the ppd file for the HP J5700 from openprinting.org, I used the 
ppd file
for the HP OfficeJet K80.  I used to have a K80 and it printed 3x5 cards 
perfectly,
so I pretended that my J5780 was a K80 when I configured the printer.  It
works perfectly on 3x5 cards now, but I don't know why.
