Imagetoraster stopped with status 1

OK, I looked at your log again and the imagetoraster code, and the
message "Bad page setup" is coming from cupsRasterInterpretPPD(),
which means that the PPD file contains invalid (or unsupported)
PostScript commands.

Can you post the PPD file you are using or a URL to the PPD file?
