Can't Make LPD Print Raw

Phweeew!! Now in the log I see -
I [26/May/2007:07:40:43 -0400] Adding start banner page "none" to job 71.
I [26/May/2007:07:40:43 -0400] Job 71 created on "cisps" by "adam".
I [26/May/2007:07:40:43 -0400] File of type application/vnd.cups-raw queued in job #71 by "adam".

SWEET!  I still have to drive across town to see if it worked [Ugh!]  but this looks like what I expect to see.

I downloaded a newer CUPS, and replaced the cups-lpd on the server.

server_args = -o document-format=application/vnd.cups-raw

I'm getting banner pages on every job now [Ugh!] but at least the jobs doesn't appear to being filtering.

I've tried -
server_args = -o document-format=application/vnd.cups-raw job-sheets=none
server_args = -o document-format=application/vnd.cups-raw  -o job-sheets=none
 - neither seems to supreses banners.
