[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2401: Too long title values result invalid PostScript

How to reproduce:

Set up a queue which prints into a file e.g. /tmp/file.prn
using a generic PostScript printer PPD and print using
echo "Hello" | lp -d queue -o job-sheets=standard -t '300-chars'
where '300-chars' is a string of 300 'a' characters.

This results a line with 309 characters lenght
  (aaaaa...aaaaa) show
in the PostScript of the banner page.

Furthermore as a side effect the printed title exceeds the box
on the banner page (i.e. a clipping box might be missing)?
