10.5 already has the latest rastertolabel filter.

The same filter can be compiled on 10.4 and 10.3 and used there as
needed:

     1. Download and compile (but do not install) CUPS 1.3.4.
     2. Copy filter/rastertolabel to /usr/libexec/cups/filter
     3. Copy ppd/zebra*.ppd to /usr/share/cups/model.
