[cups.general] Where does CUPS store kB and page count accounting information?

It's in the /var/spool/cups/c* files.  The scheduler (cupsd) then
maintains an internal cache of the data for each user and
printer, keeping a running tally of the pages and kilobytes printed.

The job-media-sheets-completed and job-k-octets attributes contain
the pages and kB, respectively.
