I did speaked with developers and theu told me to install cups-1.3.4 wich i
did but i continue getting the same output:

 ~]$ cups-config --libs
-lcups -L/usr/lib64 -O2 -g -pipe -Wp,-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -fstack-protector --param=ssp-buffer-size=4 -fexceptions -fstack-protector-all -fPIC -I/usr/include/dbus-1.0 -I/usr/lib64/dbus-1.0/include -DDBUS_API_SUBJECT_TO_CHANGE -lgssapi_krb5 -lkrb5 -lk5crypto -lcom_err -lresolv -ldl -L/usr/lib64 -lgnutls -lgcrypt -lgpg-error -lz -lpthread -lm -lcrypt
