Printer failover

I have a fax server that prints all incoming faxes to a printer. If the main printer goes off-line, I need the print jobs to redirect to a different printer until the main printer comes back on-line.  I have tried  putting the printers into a class, and it kind of worked, but because there is no printer priority within the class the jobs print on both printers.  Is there any way to get more of a printer failover effect rather than load balancing?
