This bug applies to cups 1.2.7 in debian etch. I don't know if newer cups
versions are affected.

If there's a duplicate printer entry in printers.conf (two times <Printer
XXX> where XXX is the same at both places), cups will start and work the
normal way, even both printers are in the printers window in the
webinterface, but after the daily logrotate the cupsd-process disapears
(in debian: "/etc/init.d/cupsys reload" or "kill -1 [cupsd-PID]"). It
silently crashes.
