[STR New]

This bug is partial reproducible in cups 1.2.x and cups 1.3.x.
I have a network connected printer Samsung ML-2551N.

When I send a lot of files to this printer, I see that only the first
file was printed. All other jobs waits forever.

This problem disappear when I change loglevel from info to debug.
However in logfile I can see a lot of messages like this:

There are no a such problem in cups 1.1.x, but in some early cups 1.2.x I
have seen this bug in the following form:
I was unable to print any file. After upgrade to new version this problem
disappear.

My current cups version is a 1.3.3. We also use cups 1.2.12.
