repost from admin-cgi broken in 1.3.4 when using negotiate

Hello,

When using negotiate on the admin location stopping/starting a printer and setting a printer in accept/reject breaks with a 401.


more detailed analysis:

The patch in str #2545 breaks the repost from admin-cgi when using negotiate. The if on line 2004 in auth.c is triggered and a 401 sent with the logmessage "Authorized using Basic, expected Negotiate!"
