[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #2602: Unable to print on HP LJ 4050 from Mac OSX

Each time I try to print any document from a Mac (OSX Tiger and Leopard)
using HTTP protocol to a HP LaserJet 4050 printer on a Windows server, I
get a "CANCELLING JOB" on the printer and nothing comes out and this with
any PPD files I could find on the web. Other printer model (HP and
Infotec) are fine.
