[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #2614: Web interface cannot modify raw ipp: queue

After doing this:

lpadmin -p test -L office1 -v ipp://remotehost/printers/queue

it is not possible to modify or delete the printer 'test' using the CUPS
web interface.

1. Try to change the location from 'office1' to 'office2'
2. Try to delete printer 'test'
