[cups.general] Printing PDF files with CUPS and lp command

Helge -- I did not do the ppd mods on the new system. The ppd is the
out-of-the-box ppd. I works great with the pdftops binary and the
pstops filter. The only problem I encounter is when the pdftops
filter (the perl program) is added to the mix. I'm wondering if the
latter should be bypassed completely in favor of the binary, which
seems to do the right thing.
