[cups.general] how to allow only one job at a time(andqueueeverything else)?

I used to do it for smaller devices (32 MB, 200 MHz MIPS), but some day 
I thought: why replicate a perfect job done by Debian ports developers?

Indeed, I just checked and it works fine with "FilterLimit 1".
