Cups in a linux without X in a embeded system

I never built CUPS on an embedded system, but on some other Linux/Unix platforms.

For gzipped PPD: libz
For image support: jpeg, tiff, libpng
Encryption: openssl
All other options should be self explained (ldap, kerberos, ...).

I assume a basic CUPS installation should be possible on an embedded system.

Some printer drivers need ghostscript or other programms and filters.
