So you tell us your used OS + version. Fine.          :-)
But you don't tell us your CUPS version. Not fine.    :-|

Are we expected to *guess* which line (http://www.cups.org/relnotes.php)
in the release notes we'd have to go to for start checking for bug fixes
that may or may not match your problem description?
