paper size selection

These two are equivalent. Line breaks outside of string constants in 
PostScript are ignored. PPDs require the "*End" line after each piece of 
test in double quotes which is longer than one line. Probably the PPDs 
are generated with different PPD generator versions. They are 
functionally equal.
