I tried setting the flags before building but that didn't help.
Any ideas? I am trying on a Mac OSX 10.4. I want a Universal Binary so that we can use the same lib irrespective of PPC or i386

The original problem is to support a single merged PPD in the latest Mac OSX 10.5. This is turning out to be quite a task.
