[cups.general] Printing PJL code

Hello Ryan,

congratulation to you, it is working!

but in my opinion, this solution is boring, because you have no advantages
of the cups-server.

It is a working solution, when you print only from windows.
If you want to printout from Linux or Mac OS X you have no drivers and
filtering.
